What is Upgrade?

Upgrade is a Christ-Centered 12-Step Recovery Program to help those affected by dysfunctional relationships or challenging family systems, to learn skills that help upgrade all of their relationships. This ministry is a resource for people who are struggling with codependency, or unhealthy patterns of relating that cause enmeshed tangled relationships.

Meet the Founder

Yvonne Hurd Wolf is the Creator, Founder, and Director of Upgrade with 30 years of experience in Crisis Intervention and Management. She is an experienced recovery coach and speaker with a proven track record of empowering women, personal counseling, and leadership training. Yvonne and her husband, Jeff, have been married for 44 years and are blessed with three children and six grandchildren. They currently reside in the Pacific Northwest.

I am truly thankful for Yvonne Wolf’s faithful guidance throughout this process.

I first attended Upgrade out of desperation. The coping strategies I had used throughout my life weren’t working anymore, leaving me frustrated and exhausted but unable to change.  Upgrade showed me a new and healthier way to relate to God, myself and the people in my life. It gave me the safety and tools to understand my past and present and learn loving boundaries that made a way for greater intimacy and peace in my relationships. The process has been healing, challenging, and life changing. 

 I am truly thankful for Yvonne Wolf’s faithful guidance throughout this process. Patiently walking with me along this transformative path, sharing wise counsel and encouragement as I learn to live my life in peace and with love and courage.

Upgrade meetings are held in a private room; members sign a strict confidentiality agreement, and leaders enforce that agreement. Whatever is shared at group, stays in group.

We believe that Jesus Christ is the higher power needed to overcome
addiction (s) and finding the healing we desperately seek, but you do not need to have faith to join!

For those who are ready to meet regularly, open their minds to learning new tools of coping and relating to others.
